On Tuesday, April 16th, the compensation package for Carlos Tavares, the CEO of automotive giant Stellantis, was approved by a vast majority of shareholders. The compensation package was approved by 702 votes in favor.
Last Year's Compensation Also Approved
Last year, Tavares' compensation for 2022 was approved by 80% of shareholders. Tavares' compensation puts him in third place among the highest-paid CEOs, just behind Daniel Julien, with an estimated total of 196 million euros.
